Anytime I see the phrase “hidden gem” on-line I assume that it’s click-bait and hold scrolling. Nowadays we classify many sizzling canine stands, espresso outlets, and Netflix reveals with this cliche, collectively devaluing its price. Nonetheless, there are a couple of exceptions, in our humble opinion, and Three Fingers Lookout is considered one of them.

The lookout is a historic fireplace commentary tower within the Mount Baker Nationwide Forest, a couple of hours from Seattle, Washington. In-built 1930, it’s probably the most distant fireplace lookouts within the space and is maintained by an area climbing group.

The one-room wooden cabin is simply 14×14 toes, painted white and bolted immediately into the rock.
